Relaxation/Updates
Hey whats up???? I am just relaxing after I went to the gym  with my  best friend…….I am still doing the running and I slacked off a little  but I am getting back on track so this is an update on whats going on and want not……I have been a little busy with school and I should be done by next month so I can manage my workouts better  but other than I am still living a healthy...

Hey guys I told you that I would be keeping progress on my jogging on tumblr so I felt pretty lazy today but I went to the gym so instead of jogging on the road I went jogging on the treadmill for 25 mintues because I was on the eliptical for 30 minutes and I was not trying to kill myself but I did add in free weights to workout as well so I felt pretty good about it………I actually...
